Pre-Shoots: Build Excitement, Add Decor!
These are always so fun. It’s an opportunity to show a little personality and a great way to create teaser images for social media and to incorporate in party decor.
So, what is a pre-shoot?
A few weeks to a month before your big day, we’ll pick a spot and take some casual portraits. You can use them however you like! we’ve seen people post them on socials, send them out as a teaser mailer, and even incorporate them into the party decor! It’s a fun way for you to get to know your photographer before the big day as well.
What should I wear?
You can be as causal or as formal as you are comfortable with. Oftentimes our clients will incorporate a hobby or interest. If your party has a theme, that’s also a great thing to include. Here are a few examples:
- Do you play a sport? Let’s incorporate some elements of that!
- Are you gathering supplies to donate for your Mitzvah Project? We can include it in the images!
- Pets are welcome, as are family members if you’d like.
